Yes, all our candidates speak English at a sufficient level of fluency. Your UK work experience is valuable to our applicants. They can learn from you and at the same time it will give you the opportunity to learn more about their international experience.
No, we don’t require experience in recruitment. However, if you are a recruiter, we will highly value your contribution to both our job seekers and other volunteers.
